أثر إدارة المعرفة على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بشركة الخزف الصحي بالميلية

Résumé: تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة، فتم توزيع 65 على عينة ملائمة من الموظفين بشركة الخزف الصحي بالميلية، واستخدم الباحثان برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن توليد المعرفة وتشارك المعرفة يؤثران على الميزة التنافسية إيجابيا، بينما خزين المعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة فليس لما تأثير على الميزة التنافسية. وبناء على هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة توصيات لشركة الخزف الصحي بالميلية، وهذا من أجل تحسين أثر إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of knowledge management on competitive advantage. The researchers selected four dimensions of knowledge management. These dimensions are knowledge generation; knowledge storage; knowledge sharing; and knowledge application. The questionnaire has been used as a tool to collect data for the study’s variables, It was distributed on a convenience sample consisting of 65 employees in El Milia Ceramics Company. The researchers used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS to analyze and test the study hypothesis. This study found out that knowledge generation and knowledge sharing impact competitive advantage positively, but knowledge storage, knowledge application, and knowledge application have no impact on competitive advantage. Based on the study’s results, the researchers have suggested many recommendations to El Milia Ceramics Company to improve the impact of knowledge management on competitive advantage.
