Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر الإستيطان المرتكز الرئيسي الذي تقوم عليه العقيدة الدينية والسياسية والعسكرية والأمنية للمشروع الإحلالي الصهيوني في فلسطين، حيث تمكن من تنفيذ أطماعه التوسعية عبر بناء المستوطنات بشكل ممنهج، والقيام بالتهجير والترحيل القسري للفلسطنيين، ومصادرة أراضيهم والاستيلاء على ممتلكاتهم، مقابل الهجرة الوافدة لليهود، وتهدف هذه السياسات إلى تجسيد المخططات الصهيونية وفرض أمر واقع، عبر احتلال مزيد من الأراضي وتهويد المقدسات والمدن الفلسطينية، ومحاولة كسب الصراع الديموغرافي ضد الفلسطينين من خلال إجبارهم على النزوح نحو دول أخرى، ورفض عودتهمبشكل كامل. لتصفية القضية الفلسطينية والقضاء على حلم قيام دولتهم المستقلة ABSTRACT: Settlement is deemed the central pillar upon which the religious, political, military, and security doctrine of the Zionist settler-colonial project in Palestine is founded. This project has systematically pursued its expansionist ambitions through the construction of settlements, the forced displacement and expulsion of Palestinians, the confiscation of their lands, and the expropriation of their properties, all while facilitating the influx of Jewish migrants. These policies aim to materialize Zionist plans and impose a de facto reality by occupying additional land, Judaizing sacred sites and Palestinian cities, and attempting to shift the demographic balance against Palestinians by compelling their displacement to other countries and permanently denying their right of return. Ultimately, these measures seek to eliminate the Palestinian cause and end aspirations for an independent Palestinian state.
