قياس وتحليل مؤشرات تنافسية الصادرات الجزائرية غير النفطية خلال الفترة) 2000-2019)

Résumé: . تبحث هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي في تقييم وتحليل واقع تنافسية الصادرات الجزائرية غير النفطية خلال الفترة (2000-2019)،وذلك بتطبيق مجموعة من المؤشرات المتعارف عليها في هذا المجال ،والتي تمثلت في مؤشر القدرة على التصدير ومؤشر التنوع ،التركز ،معدل التغطية ومؤشر الانفتاح التجاري،و مؤشر الميزة النسبية الظاهرة RCA،وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي ،والنتائج تشير إلى أن القدرة التنافسية للصادرات الجزائرية غير النفطية ضعيفة تفتقد لمستوى التنافس المطلوب ،وهو الوضع الذي يستدعى التفكير بجدية في إقامة اقتصاد تصديري غير نفطي بوضع سياسات واستراتيجيات متكاملة محددة الأهداف والتوجيهات للاستفادة من الفرص التجارية المتاحة في الأسواق الدولية. الكلمات المفتاحية:الصادرات غير النفطية، المؤشرات، الصادرات ، تنافسية الصادرات The basis of this study is to evaluate and analyze the competitiveness of Algerian non-oil exports during the period (2000-2019), by using Known and agreed indicators It was represented by the Export Capacity Pointer, the Diversity Pointer, the Concentration Pointer, the Coverage Rate, the Trade Openness Pointer, and the RCA Pointer In order to achieve this goal, a descriptive statistical approach was used, and the results indicate that the competitiveness of Algerian non-oil exports is weak and lacks the required level of competition This is the reason that requires thinking firmly in establishing a non-oil export economy by developing policies and strategies with integrated goals and directives in order to take advantage of the commercial opportunities available in international markets.
