تفعيل آليات الحكم الراشد كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحديد الدقيق لكل من مفهوم الحكم الراشد والتنمية المستدامة،إبراز أهم آليات الحكم الراشد وتبيان دورها وأثرها في تفعيل التنمية المستدامة،واستكشاف العلاقة بينهما. في هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد الجانب المفاهيمي التنمية المستدامة والحكم الراشد. من النتائج التي توصلت إليها إلى أنه توجد علاقة وثيقة ومترابطة بين الحكم الراشد والتنمية المستدامة،بحيث يمكن القول أن الحكم الراشد جاء من أجل إيجاد بيئة صحيحة وملائمة خالية من مظاهر الفساد وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات منها: وضع وتعزيز آليات الحكم الراشد، وضرورة تجسيدها على أرض الواقع و من خلال الاستغلال العقلاني والرشيد للموارد الاقتصادية والطبيعية والتوزيع العادل للأجيال. This study aims to accurately define each of the concept of good governance and sustainable development, highlight the most important mechanisms of good governance, clarify their role and impact in activating sustainable development, and explore the relationship between . them In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach to determine the conceptual aspect of sustainable development and good governance ,among the results it reached is that there is a close and interdependent relationship between good governance andsustainabledevelopment so that it can be said that good governance came in order to create a correct and appropriate environment free from manifestations of corruption and thus achieve sustainable Good governance, and the need to embody it on the ground through rational and rational exploitation .of economic and natural resources and equitable distribution of generations
