أثر الالتزام بمبادئ القيادة الأخلاقية على تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية – دراسة تطبيقية على البنوك العمومية بسكيكدة -

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تبيان أثر التزام القادة بالمبادئ الأخلاقية على تعزيزِ المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالبُنوك العمومية بسكيكدة، تمَّ الاعتماد على المنهجِ الوصفي والاستبانة كأداةٍ لجمع البيانات الأولية لتحقيق الغَرض من الدِراسة. خلُصت الدِراسة إلى وجودِ التزامٍ بمبادئ القيادةِ الأخلاقية وكذا المسؤولية الاجتماعية بدرجة موافقة متوسطة في البُنوك محل الدراسة، وُجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للالتزام بمبادئ القيادةِ الأخلاقية على تعزيزِ المسؤولية الاجتماعية مجسدًا في مبدأ الاحترام، وعدم وُجود فُروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للالتزام بمبادئ القيادةِ الأخلاقية تُعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية. Through this study, we have tried to illustrate the impact of leaders' commitment to ethical principles On Enhancing Social Responsibility in Skikda Public Banks. for achieving the purpose of the study, we have relied on The descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data. The study concluded that there was a commitment to the principles of ethical leadership as well as social responsibility at an average approval level in the banks under study, a statistically significant impact of adherence to the principles of ethical leadership on the promotion of social responsibility embodied in the principle of respect, and the absence of statistically significant differences in adherence to the principles of ethical leadership attributable to personal and functional variables.
