Résumé: Solar cells or voltaic are components that convert solar energy into electrical energy. In this study, we are interested in extracting the characteristic curves of current-voltage and power, as well as the electrical properties of the studied cell, and determining the series and parallel resistance of it experimentally. Then by simulation by Silvaco Atlas program. The shape of the obtained curves was consistent with the shape of the theoretical and experimental curve. We also studied the effect of the intensity of lighting and the angle of incidence of solar radiation on the electrical properties of the solar cell. We noted that there is a direct relationship between the intensity of lighting and electrical properties. We also noted that the best angle of incidence of solar radiation is [90°].
