مصادر التمويل الدولي والمحلي ودورها الداعم لاداء الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل التطور المالي دراسة قياسية باستخدام التكامل المشترك خلال الفترة (2020-1995)

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق لتحديات التي تواجه الإستثمار وعملية تمويل ودعم النمو والتنمية في ظل اتساع مجال العولمة التي تشهدها الأسواق المالية، ومن خلال بحث عن السبل والوسائل الكفيلة لتطوير القطاعات على مستوى الاقتصاد الجزائري خاصة في ظل التمويل المحلي والدولي وكيفية استغلالهما سواء تلك الموجهة لتمويل السياسات والبرامج العمومية الوطنية ومدى تماشيها مع متطلبات الظرفية الاقتصادية خلال الفترة الزمنية (2021-1990). لكن الجزائر على غرار الدول العربية الأخرى فإنها حققت ضعف على مستوى الأداء الاقتصادي في ظل نظام المالي والمصرفي الحالي الى جانب ضعف بيئة الاعمال، لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس اثر استغلال مصادر التمويل المحلي والدولي على الأداء الاقتصادي، وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية نطبق منهجية اختبار جوهانسون للتكامل المشترك، وتشير النتائج الى ان التمويل المحلي له اثر إيجابي على الأداء الاقتصادي بينما مصادر التمويل الخارجي (المنح والمساعدات الرسمية، القروض الأجنبية، الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر) لها اثر سلبي على الأداء الاقتصادي ما عدا تحويلات المهاجرين اثرها إيجابي. Through this study, we are trying to address the challenges facing investment and the process of financing and supporting growth and development in light of the expansion of the globalization in the financial markets, and through a search for ways and means to develop sectors at the level of the Algerian economy, especially in light of local and international financing and how to exploit them, whether that is directed to financing National public policies and programs and the extent of their consistent with the requirements of economic circumstance during the time period (2021-1990). But Algeria, along the lines of other Arab countries, has achieved a weakness in the level of economic performance in light of the current financial and banking system in addition to the weakness of the business environment, so this study aims to measure the effect of exploiting local and international financing on economic performance, and to achieve this purpose we apply the Johansson test methodology for integration Common, the results indicate that local financing has a positive impact on economic performance, while sources of external financing (grants and official assistance, foreign loans, foreign direct investment) have a negative impact on economic performance except for migrant transfers as a positive impact.
