تعقبات الإمام ابن رشيد السبتي على الإمام ابن الصلاح الشهرزوري في مصطلح الحديث ـ دراسة نماذج

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر كتاب أبي عمرو ابن الصلاح الموسوم بمعرفة أنواع علم الحديث، والمشهور بمقدمة ابن الصلاح مرجعا هاما لكل من جاء بعده من علماء الحديث، فقد اعتنوا به عناية فائقة شرحا ونظما واختصارا، استدراكا وتعقبا وانتصارا، ويعتبر الحافظ أبو عبد الله محمد بن عمر بن رشيد أحد العلماء المتعقبين لابن الصلاح في بعض اختياراته الاصطلاحية في كتابه المقدمة، ولهذا وقع اختياري على دراسة نماذج من هذه التعقبات دراسة تحليلية نقدية، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مطلبين، أما المطلب الأول فخصصته لترجمة مختصرة لكل من الإمامين ابن الصلاح وابن رشيد، وأما المطلب الثاني فعقدته لدراسة نماذج من هذه التعقبات، الأول: في تعريف الخطابي للحسن، والثاني: في سكوت أبي داود عن الحديث، والثالث: في الفرق بين الإرسال والتدليس، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها. كلمات مفتاحية: ابن الصلاح.، ابن رشيد.، تعقبات.، مصطلح الحديث. Abstract: Ibn al-Salah's book, entitled " maarifatu Ouloum Al-Hadith" is considered an important reference for all hadith scholars who came after him. They paid great attention to it, explaining, composing it as poetry, and summarizing it, as well as correcting, and supporting it. Al-Hafiz ibn Rushaid is considered one of the scholars who commented Ibn al-Salah in some of his choices in his book "Al-Muqadimah". Therefore, I chose to study examples of these comments through an analytical and critical study. I divided the study into two sections. The first section was devoted to brief biographies of both Imams. The second section was devoted to studying examples of these comments. The first section was devoted to al-Khattabi's definition of "Al-Hadith Al-hassan" the second section was devoted to Abu Dawud's reticence on hadith, and the third section was devoted to studying difference between Al Irsal and Tadliss.Then concluded the research with the most important findings.
