الحق في الإعلام البيئي بالجزائر: بين التكريس القانوني وواقع الممارسة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى ممارسة الحق في الاعلام البيئي من خلال البحث وقراءة مضمون مختلف النصوص القانونية، وابراز أهمية هذا الحق في حماية البيئة وصون موارد الطبيعة التي لم تعد مسؤولية الجهات الحكومية فحسب، بل أصبحت مسؤولية تشاركية في ظل ما تتعرض له من تهديدات وملوثات، ما جعل من اطلاع المواطن ومختلف المؤسسات وحصولهم على المعلومات البيئية ضرورة ملحة تحقيقا للمقاربة التشاركية في حماية البيئة، مع بيان ما يعترضه من عقبات تحول دون الممارسة الفعلية لهذا الحق. The study aims to reveal the extent of the exercise of the right to environmental media through research and reading the content of the various legal texts, and highlight the importance of this right in protecting the environment and preserving natural resources that are not only the responsibility of government agencies, but have become a participatory responsibility in light of the threats and pollutants they are exposed to, What made it easier for citizens and various institutions to acquire and obtain environmental information an urgent necessity in order to achieve a participatory approach to protecting the environment, with an indication of the obstacles that hinder the effective exercise of this right.
