تحليل واقع التأمين على الأشخاص في سوق التأمين بالجزائر- للفترة (2010-2022)

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على نشاط تأمينات الأشخاص بالجزائر، وذلك عقب تطبيق قرار الفصل بينه وبين نشاط تأمينات الأضرار، أين تم تحليل الواقع العملي له خلال الفترة (2010-2022)، وبيان انعكاساته على أداء سوق التأمين ككل بتوظيف المؤشرات الأدائية. لتتوصل الدراسة إلى أن هناك تطور إيجابي في مؤشر حجم الأقساط المكتتبة، تقابله مستويات جد متواضعة لكل من مؤشر الاختراق ومؤشر الكثافة، والتي تبقى دون المتوسط العالمي لها خلال نفس فترة الدراسة، وهو ما يوحي بأن النتائج المحققة بعد تطبيق قرار الفصل بين تأمينات الأشخاص وتأمينات الأضرار لا ترقى إلى المستويات المطلوبة، لذلك أوصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات التي من الممكن أن تؤدي إلى تحسين نشاط تأمينات الأشخاص بصفة خاصة، وترقية أداء سوق التأمين بالجزائر بصفة عامة. The study aimed to highlight the activity of personal insurance in Algeria following the implementation of the decision to separate it from property insurance activities. It analyzed the practical reality of this activity during the period (2010-2022) and assessed its impact on the overall performance of the insurance market using performance indicators. The study found a positive development in the volume of written premiums, contrasted with very modest levels for both the penetration and density indicators, which remain below the global average for the same period. This suggests that the results achieved after implementing the separation decision between personal insurance and property insurance do not meet the required levels. Consequently, the study recommended several measures that could potentially improve personal insurance activities in particular and enhance the overall performance of the insurance market in Algeria.
