Résumé: The study aimed to introduce children's rights in the digital world and to explain the effects of digital globalization on those rights, and to shed light on the legal protection mechanisms included in the law to protect children's rights in the digital world. In addition to that, it relied on a descriptive and analytical method to identify the effects of digital globalization on the rights of the child and legal guarantees by reviewing some previous studies that dealt with the same subject to be used in answering the study’s questions. Moreover, it concluded with a future vision of the reality of childhood in the digital world, with its implications for the use of the applications of the digital revolution. Furthermore, it came out with many relevant recommendations. The problem of the study: What is the future vision for child rights in the digital world? What are the most important legal protection mechanisms for children in the digital world?
