Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة مدى استجابة التشريع الإعلامي الجزائري لخصوصيات الحكم الراشد ومتطلباته بتتبع تطور هذا التشريع عبر مختلف القوانين التي عرفها، وإن كانت التجربة الأولى مع قانوني 82 و90 بعيدة عن المفهوم الذي يبدو حديثا، لكن البحث في القانون العضوي 12-05 وما تبعه من تشريعات يحيل إلى البحث عن مدة استجابة التشريع الاعلامي الجزائري بما ينشده الحكم الراشد من خلال القوانين القطاعية. This study deals with the extent to which the Algerian media legislation responds to the peculiarities of the good governance and its requirements by tracking the development of this legislation through the various laws that it has known, although the first experience with Laws 82 and 90 is far from the concept that seems modern, but the research in Organic Law 12-05 and the subsequent legislation refers To search for the response time of the Algerian media legislation to what the good governance seeks through sectoral laws
