Résumé: The investment climate and the business environment are two important factors in the attractiveness of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). In recent years, FDI has taken a prominent place in countries development strategies for several reasons: the positive impact on economic growth, job creation, the provisions of financial resources and overflows they engender on local businesses. In Algeria, the promotion of investments is an important axis of the new policy of economic openness. However, there are several obstacles to the entry of new investors into the country. Therefore, the purpose of this article will be to analyse the main obstacles to the attractiveness of FDI in Algeria
