Résumé: -ملخّص: يحمل عبد السّلام المسدّي رؤية خاصّة في قراءة اللّسانيات الحديثة والمعاصرة فجلّ اهتماماته انصبت على الجانب اللّساني، حيث أدرك أنّ المصطلح هو أساس التّطور في بناء النّظريّات اللّغويّة وحلّ الإشكالات التي تعترضها؛ وهو ما رآه ينقص العمل اللّسانيّ العربي في العصر الحديث فكان عمله المسمّى 'قاموس اللّسانيات' الصادر عام 1989م بادرة نوعيّة أولى في معالجة قضايا المصطلح اللّساني وعوارضه المنهجيّة والمعرفيّة؛ مبيّنا أهمية هذا المبحث اللّغويّ في دعم اللّسانيات العربيّة الحديثة وإرساء تقدّمها. -Abstract: Abdul Salam Masdi holds a special reading of modern and contemporary linguistics vision; radishes interests focused on the lingual side, realized that the term is the basis of formation and evolution in the construction of linguistic theories and solving linguistic dilemmas; it is what he saw objected to the Arab tongue in the modern era, was his work named 'Dictionary of Linguistics 'issued in 1989, the first sign of quality in addressing the term linguistic issues of methodology and cognitive symptoms; noting the importance of this linguistic topic in support of modern Arabic linguistics and lay the offer.
