دور آليات الدعم والمرافقة في تشجيع المقاولاتية في الجزائر دراسة حالة أجهزة الدعم في الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر التوجه نحو تشجيع المقاولاتية هدف ذو أهمية بالغة في مختلف اقتصاديات الدول في مختلف الجوانب، ويعود ذلك إلى الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه عملية إنشاء النشاطات الاقتصادية المختلفة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وذلك من خلال خلق مناصب الشغل والقيمة المضافة وكذا محاربة الفقر. لذلك هدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان توجه الدولة الجزائرية كغيرها من الدول إلى إنشاء العديد من الآليات والأجهزة مثل الوكالات (مثل الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية، الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر، الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار ) والصناديق (مثل الصندوق الوطني للتامين عن البطالة، الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار الجزائري) والحضانات ومراكز التسهيل لدعم ومرافقة المقاولين الشباب لتجسيد أفكارهم والعمل على إنجاحها من خلال الاحتضان والمرافقة وبالتالي خلق تنمية اقتصادية في مختلف ولايات الوطن. The entrepreneurship encourgement is considered as a goal that has an extreme importance in several international economics in different sides, this is caused by the effective role that is made by the foundation of the various economic activities which participate in economic and social development by founding jobs and additive value in addition to fighting poverty. This is why this resesrch aimed to show the role of the Algerien country as the other countries in the creation of various mecanisms and administratives as agency ( such as national agency of supporting and developping Entrepreneurship, national agency of micro credit management, national agency of investment development) and cases (such as national case of unemployment insurance, national case of Algerien investment) and incubations and facility centers to accompany and support the young entrepreneurs to reach their ideas and take part in economic development in different coutry states.
