مدى إقبال المستهلك الجزائري على استخدام البطاقة الذهبية في ظل جائحة كورونا/ The Extent To Which The Algerian Consumer Is Willing To Use The Golden Card In Light Of The Corona Pandemic

Résumé: ملخص: لقد قلبت جائحة كرونا كل الموازين وأرست بعض القواعد و أعدتها إلى نصابها ، كما فرضت آليات جديدة لتعامل و مسايرة الأوضاع و كغيره من القطاعات ،حاول بريد الجزائر إيجاد حلول المالية اللازمة دون إهمال البرتكول الصحي و عليه ، إعتمدنا في هذه البحث على الدراسة الميدانية والاستقصائية حول استخدام بطاقة الدفع الالكتروني "البطاقة الذهبية" نموذجا، وتحديات بريد الجزائر في مجال الخدمات التكنولوجية الحديثة، و كان الهدف البحث هو إحصاء مدى استخدام ساكنة المنطقة وضواحيها للبطاقة الذهبية خلال سنة 2020 المتزامنة مع تفشي وباء كوفيد19، ومقارنتها بمدى الاستخدام في السنوات السابقة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام البطاقة الذهبية في ارتفاع بالأخص السنة الماضية مما يعني ضرورة تطور الخدمات والمعاملات المالية، إلا انه واجه بعض الانتقاد من طرف الزبائن خاصة حول سوء الخدمة خلال فترة الحجر الصحي. الكلمات المفتاحية: بريد الجزائر، خدمات إلكترونية، بطاقة ذهبية، كوفيد19، ولاية بشار. Abstract The Corona pandemic has upended all the scales and laid down some rules and set them right. It has also imposed new mechanisms to deal and keep pace with the situation. Algeria Post, as an example, tried to find the necessary financial solutions without neglecting the health protocol; thus, they enhanced the use of the electronic payment card "Golden Card" as a model. The aim of the research is to count the extent to which the residents of the region of Bechar and its suburbs used the golden card during the year 2020, coinciding with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to compare it with the extent of use in previous years. The study concluded that the use of the golden card has increased. However, there is a need to develop and provide the sector with more services so to facilitate the financial transactions.
