دور الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات دراسة تحليلية قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 1990- 2013)

Résumé: الهدف من الدراسة معرفة مدى مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في الجزائر كدراسة حالة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990-2013، وهذا لمعرفة ما العلاقة التي تربط الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات ومقارنتها بالصادرات المحروقات وذلك بعد الإصلاحات والقوانين التي انتهجتها الجزائر لتشجيع وترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات، كما تم استخدام المنهج القياسي بالتحديد النموذج الخطي والغير خطي في إجراء تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط وتحليل الارتباط بالاعتماد على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و الصادرات خارج المحروقات والصادرات المحروقات كمتغيرات الدراسة. حسب نتائج الدراسة الإحصائية تبين وجود علاقة إيجابية بين متغيرات الدراسة، مما يدل على أن أي تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للجزائر يساهم في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات والصادرات المحروقات أي علاقة طردية. The objective of this study is to show the extent of the contribution of the foreign direct investment in promoting non- hydrocarbon export in Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2013.The study aims to examine the relationship between foreign direct investment and non- hydrocarbons exports in Algeria comparing it to exports of hydrocarbons. Especially since the reforms of laws in Algeria to promoting of the non- hydrocarbons export. The study has used the econometrics method specially the linear and non-linear model to make a simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis based on foreign direct investment outside hydrocarbon exports. The results of the statistical study shows a positive relationship between the examined variables, which clarifies that any flow of FDI to Algeria contributes to the promotion of exports of non- hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon exports at the samie time.
