من التحولات الهوياتية والثقافية المتعددة إلى إمكانية تأسيس هوية عربية كونية ناهضة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التنوع الثقافي الذي يعتبر مفهوما ديناميا، ودوره الفعال الذي يعود على الفرد والمجتمع، حيث يعتبر المحرك الرئيسي للمجتمعات، كما أنه أساس التنمية المستمرة لها. ويعتبر التنوع الثقافي في إطار حقوق الإنسان حق أساسي شأنه شأن باقي الحقوق، وأن تغييبه من خلال تغييب الحق في التعدد والاختلاف إنما هو تغييب لحقوق الإنسان. وفي إطار هذا التعدد للتنوع الثفاقي لا يستطيع الفرد وضع تصور واضح له فيتشكل ما يسمى بأزمة الهوية، والتي يمكن اعتبارها أيضا محطة حاسمة ومفصلية في بروز وتشكل الهوية الثقافية لدى الفرد، ومن المحتم أن يقود هذا التنوع الثقافي إلى تحولات هوياتية، وهذا ما ينبغي الانتباه إليه هنا، من أجل استغلال التحول الهوياتي والتنوع الثقافي، في عملية تأسيس هوية عربية كونية ناهضة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه من المفيد أن ننظر إلى الثقافة أو التعدد الثقافي من زاوية عالمية. وأن الثقافة العربية الإسلامية يمكن أن تؤدي دورها الفعال في بناء هوية عربية كونية، لأنها قامت به في الماضي فعلا، وبهذا فهي قادرة وجديرة بأن تنهض اليوم بدورها بصفتها ثقافة كبرى في العالم. Abstract This study aims at highlighting the importance of cultural diversity, which is considered a dynamic concept, and its effective role for the individual and society, as it is the main driver of communities as well the basis of its continuous development. Cultural diversity within framework of human rights is fundamental right as the other rights, and its absence means the absence of the right to pluralism and difference is a violation of human rights. In this context and within the multiplicity of cultural diversity, the individual cannot from a clear perception of him which leads to form what so-called identity crisis, which can also be regarded as decisive and articulated station in the formation and the emergence of the cultural identity of the individual. This cultural diversity is bound to lead to identity shifts, and that’s what must be shed light on, in order to profiteering the identity shift and cultural diversity in the process of establishing a rising Arab identity. The study concludes that it is useful to look at culture or multiculturalism from a global perspective. The Arab-Islamic culture can play an active role in building a global Arab identity, because already it was so in the past, therefore it is capable and worthy to play its role today as a common culture in the world
