كراغلة إيالات المغرب، التماثل والإختلاف 1519-1881م

Résumé: الملخص: يطرح اختلاف أوضاع الكراغلة في ولايات المغرب العثمانية عدة تساؤلات تتصل أساسا بخلفيات هذا الإختلاف، سواء ما تعلق بالظرفية التاريخية التي أطرت علاقات الوافدين بالسكان المحليين، أو بمآلاته ونتائجه التي طالت فئة الكراغلة وانسحبت على باقي قوى المجتمع الحية وأجهزته السياسية والعسكرية، فحالت دون وصول هذه الفئة للسلطة في إيالة الجزائر في الوقت الذي تمكن كراغلة تونس وطرابلس الغرب من ترسيخ دعائم حكم سلالي تغيرت معه أوضاع البلاد الداخلية وعلاقاتها الخارجية . The difference in the situation of the Koroughlis in the states of Ottoman Morocco raises several questions mainly related to the background of this difference, whether related to the historical situation that has affected the relations of expatriates with the local population, or its mechanisms and consequences that affected the category of the Koroughlis and withdrew to the rest of the forces of the living society and its political and military apparatuses, preventing this category from reaching regency of Algeria, while the Koroughlis of Tunisia and Tripoli in the West were able to consolidate the foundations of the dynasties rule with which the internal situation of the country and its external relations had changed.
