الإطار المؤسسي لعمل الأمم المتحدة في حفظ السلم و الأمن الدوليين

Résumé: جاء حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين في مقدمة أهداف الأمم المتحدة، وأصبح دورها سواء من خلال أجهزتها المختلفة أو من خلال تعاونها مع المنظمات الإقليمية، من أهم التحديات التي تواجهها في محاولة منها للوصول إلى نظام عالمي مستقر وديمقراطي وكان من الضروري أن يسعى المجتمع الدولي إلى تدعيم وتعزيز أهداف المنظمة الأممية، وذلك من خلال وضع إطار مؤسسي فعال لأجهزة الأمم المتحدة،وهنا تعتمد الأمم المتحدة على مجموعة من الأجهزة الرئيسية التابعة لها، من أجل الحفاظ على أهم أهدافها والمتمثل في الحفاظ على الأمن والسلم الدوليين، حيث يعتبر مجلس الأمن والجمعية العامة المحور الأساسي للحفاظ على هذا الهدف الأساسي، وفي هذا المجال تلعب المنظمات الإقليمية دورا هاما في إطار علاقات التعاون مع المنظمة الدولية، وبهذا نجد أن الأمم المتحدة تأخذ بمبدأ تعدد الأجهزة في القيام بوظيفتها الدولية، من أجل تحقيق أهدافها الأساسية. Abstract The peace and international security at the forefront of United Nations goals, and became a role both through its various organs or through its cooperation with regional organizations, of the most important challenges faced in an attempt to reach a stable world order, as well as democratic, and it was essential that the community seeks international to consolidate and strengthen the UN organization's objectives, through the development of an effective institutional framework for United Nations organs, and here the United Nations depends on the set of the principal organs of its subsidiaries, in order to preserve the most important objectives and the goal of maintaining international peace and security, where security is the collective council Public primary axis to keep this primary objective, and in this area of ​​regional organizations play an important role in the framework of cooperation with the International Organization relations, and thus we find that the United Nations take the principle of multiple organs in carrying out international function, in order to achieve its core objectives.
