أثر الائتمان المحلي على مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك (التجربة الجزائرية للفترة 2000 -2018 أنموذجا)

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث الى استقراء طبيعة الائتمان المحلي في الجزائر بالتركيز على الفترة 2000-2018، ويحاول أن يركز أيضا على محور الدراسة الاساس وهو بيان جملة الاثار على متغيرات النشاط الاقتصادي، والرفاه الكلي للسكان، وينطلق البحث من فرضية مفادها أن التغيرات الائتمانية في الجزائر لم يكن لها دور واضح بحكم واقع المصارف وطبيعة عملها كونها لا تزال مقيدة بالعديد من القيود ذات الطابع الاقتصادي والسياسي. وعليه من خلال ما توصل إليه المدخل الاحصائي للدراسة، فقد وجد أن تأثير الائتمان في مؤشر اسعار الاستهلاك في الجزائر كان واضحا، وكانت النتائج على مستوى القطاعات السلعية والتوزيعية والخدمية أكثر تعبيرا عن الحقيقة، وتحديدا في قطاع الخدمات الذي كان أقل القطاعات من حيث الاثار التوسعية. Abstract: The research aims to extrapolate the nature of domestic credit in Algeria by focusing on the period 2000/2018, It tries to focus on the main objective of the study, which is to show the total effects on the variables of the economic activity and the general well-being of the population, The research is based on the hypothesis that credit changes in Algeria did not have a clear role due to the reality of banks and the nature of their work, because they are still subject to numerous economic and political restrictions. And it is through the results of the statistical entry of the study, It was found that the impact of credit on the consumer price index in Algeria was clear, and the results at the level of the sectors of raw materials, distribution and services were more expressive of the truth, especially in the service sector, which was the least sectoral in terms of expansionary effects.
