Effet De L’inuline Sur La Cinétique De Croissance De Certaines Souches Lactiques.
Résumé: Inulin prebiotic with health benefits, can positively affect the growth of certain lactic acid bacteria. This study aims to evaluate the Inulin effect on the growth of lactobacillus plantarum strain isolated from cow's milk. the growth kinetics of this lactic strain on different culture media (normal MRS, MRS without glucose and MRS +inulin) was determined and monitoring by counting on agar plate. The optical density at 600 nm was measured using a spectrophotometer every two hours through 24 hours of incubation at 37°C. the results demonstrate a clear improvement in growth and increase in the number of bacteria in the presence of inulin.
