أثر استخدام التعليم الالكتروني كأداة لتحسين نظام ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر -دراسة حالة جامعة المسيلة-

Résumé: يشكل التعليم الالكتروني أداة فاعلة تمكن من خلال ممارستها ومختلف آلياتها من تحسين العملية التكوينية في الجامعة والرفع من جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرفها وهو يعتبر الهدف الأسمى لنظام ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، هذه العلاقة والأثر المنبثق عبرها شكل محورا للدراسة،ذ تم تدعيمه بالتطبيق على أحد جامعات الجزائر (جامعة المسيلة)، حيث تم التحقق من وجود العلاقة وقياسها بالإضافة إلى تحديد قيمة الأثر المترتب عن تبني مختلف آليات التعليم الالكتروني، وعليه فانه من الممكن الاعتماد على مختلف ممارسات التعليم الالكتروني لتحسين نظام جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعات مع الأخذ بالاعتبار توفير مختلف متطلبات تطبيق هذه الآلية الحديثة. E-learning is an effective tool that enables the improvement of the training process in the university and the improvement of the quality of services provided by the university.
