الاتصال السياسي ووسائل الإعلام: قراءة تحليلية في جدلية العلاقة

Résumé: يعتبر الاتصال السياسي واحد من الحقول الأكاديمية والمعرفية التي باتت تستقطب شهية واهتمام المفكرين والباحثين في مختلف دول العالم في السنوات الأخيرة نظرا للدور الذي بات يلعبه هذا النوع من الاتصال في البيئة السياسية، وقد اهتم علماء السياسة والاتصال السياسي والاجتماع السياسي بدراسة التفاعل بن الاتصال والنظام السياسي والعملية السياسية بصفة عامة، وأكدوا أهمية العلاقة الجوهرية بينهما، بل أنهم نادوا بإعادة دراسة وتحليل العلوم السياسية بالاعتماد على نظريات الاتصال. حيث تؤكد الدراسات الحديثة في علوم السياسة والاتصال السياسي، أن وسائل الإعلام أصبحت تشكل قوة كبيرة في المجتمع، و يمكن أن تلعب أدوارا سياسية عبر ما تنقله من مواد إعلامية، كما أن لها أثرها البالغ في علمية صنع القرار السياسي. Abstract: Political communication is one of the academic and cognitive fields that has been attracting the appetite and interest of intellectuals and researchers in various countries of the world in recent years, given the role that this type of communication has become in the political environment. Political scientists, political contacts and political meetings have been interested in studying the interaction between communication and the political system and the political process in general. Recent studies in politics and political communication confirm that the media has become a major force in society, can play political roles through its media materials, and has a significant impact on political decision-making.
