Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور حاضنة الاعمال في غرس الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين من خلال أنشطتها العلمية والإعلامية والميدانية في سبيل تنشأت الطلبة على عدة مهارات شخصية وفنية وقيادية كروح المبادرة والمسؤولية والابداع وغيرها،، تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة مقدرة ب 40 طالب موزعين بين ليسانس والماستر ، وباستخدام برنامج spss توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها : يوجد مستوى مقبول لروح المقاولاتية لدى العينة المدروسة ، كما انه يوجد اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأنشطة حاضنة الاعمال الجامعية في دعم الروح المقاولاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة المدروسة This study aims to identify the role of the business incubator in encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit among university students at the University of M'sila. Through its scientific, media and field activities in order to teach students several personal and leadership skills such as initiative, responsibility, creativity and others, Thus, they have the opportunity to set up their own start-up companies and projects. The questionnaire was relied on and distributed to a sample of 40 students distributed between a bachelor's and a master's degree, using the spss program. The study reached several results: There is an acceptable level of entrepreneurship among the studied sample, and there is a statistically significant effect of the activities of the university business incubator in supporting the entrepreneurial spirit of university students.
