تاثير الازمات المالية على أسواق الصرف في الدول المغاربية باستخدام طريقة أنتروبيا شانون "shannon Entropy"

Résumé: هذه الدراسة تقوم بالبحث في تأثير الأزمات المالية على أسواق الصرف، وذلك باستخدام طريقة شانون إنتروبي لمختلف أسعار الصرف بدول المغرب العربي في الفترة الممتدة من 2005 إلى 2017، وقد تم التوصل من خلال الدراسة إلى أن الفترات التي تأخذ فيها قيم الإنتروبي أدنى قيمة لها تُعتبر كمؤشر لوقوع أزمة مالية، كما تم التوصل إلى أنه قبل وقوع الأزمة المالية يأخذ الإنتروبي أعلى قيمة له، وهي القيمة التي تُعتبر كنظام إنذار مبكر يُعطي المعلومات الأولية قبل حدوث الأزمة. This study investigates the effect of financial crises on exchange markets, using the Shannon Entropy method for different excha in the Arab Maghreb countries during the period from 2005 to 2017. It was found, through the study, that the periods in which the entropy values take their lowest value, are considered as an indication of the occurrence of a financial crisis. As has been reached, that before the financial crisis strikes, entropy takes its highest value, which is the value that is considered as an early warning system that gives preliminformation before the crisis occurs.
