Résumé: يرتب عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري للأصول المنقولة آثارا تتمثل في التزامات وحقوق كل من المؤجر والمستأجر، وقد نظمها المشرع الجزائري بموجب أحكام الأمر 96/09 المؤرخ في 10 يناير 1996 المتعلق بالاعتماد الإيجاري في الباب الثاني تحت عنوان حقوق والتزامات الأطراف المعنية بعقد الاعتماد الإيجاري للأصول المنقولة وغير المنقولة. حيث تربط الأطراف علاقة عقدية محلها عقد إيجار للأصول المؤجرة المنقولة التي يتم تأجيرها من طرف المؤجر التمويلي لفائدة المستأجر التمويلي وتكون وفقا للشروط المحددة في العقد.The contract of movableassetshesimplications and influences for the obligations and rights of both the lessor and the lessee ; and it has been regulated by the Algerian Law according to the provisions of the order 09/96 datedJanuary 10th، 1996 whichrelated to the leasecreditinchaptertwoentitled the rights and the obligations of the parties concerned in the leasing contract of movable and immovableassets ; whereindividuals have contractualrelationshipreplaced by a leasecontract for the movablelesseewhich are in accordance with the termsspecifid in the contact.
