Determinants Of Entrepreneurial Intention Among University Students In Algeria: A Case Study Medea University's Students
Résumé: Our study aims to determine the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of university students. In order to reach this goal, the research was divided into two main parts: The first was a theoretical aspect of entrepreneurial intention determinants. In the second, a questionnaire survey was handed out to 146 students from Medea University, after that, the data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3 program. The results of the identified Structural Equation Model (SEM) show that the main determinant of entrepreneurial intention is the attitude towards entrepreneurship, while showing that there is no statistically significant effect of personality traits, entrepreneurial education and training, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention.
