تطبيقات الأخطاء الطبية على عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء البشرية من زاوية الفقه والممارسة القانونية والقضائية في الجزائر

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة موضوع بالأهمية بمكان يتمثل في تطبيقات الأخطاء الطبية الناتجة عن عمليات نقل ورزع الأعضاء البشرية في ظل أحكام التشريع الجزائري و الممارسة القضائية ، و تعد عمليات نقل و زرع الأعضاء البشرية من أدق أنواع العمليات الجراحية وأكثرها خطورة ،كونها تحتوى على مخاطر ومضاعفات تؤثر على حياة المريض والمتبرع وعلى سلامتهما الجسدية، وفي حال نجاحها فهي تقدم خدمة جليلة للمرضي منخلال علاجهم من بعض الأمراض المستعصية و بالتالي إنقاذ حياتهم. Abstract: The study dealt with a topic of great importance represented in the applications of medical errors resulting from the operations of transferring and transplanting human organs under the provisions of Algerian legislation and judicial practice.
