دور التدريب في التقليل من حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية (أنيام) بولاية تيزي وزو

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور التدريب في التقليل من حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية (Eniem) بولاية تيزي وزو. تكونت عینة الدراسة من(240)عامل وعاملة لسنة (2020)، والذین تم اختیارهم بطریقة قصدية حسب المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم الباحث استبیان من إعداده حول التدريب وحوادث العمل، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائیة توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في درجة حوادث العمل بين العمال المدربين وغير المدربين لدى عمال المؤسسة. The present study aims to identify the role of training in the reduction of occupational accidents of operators within the National Company of Household Appliances (eniem) in Tizi Ouzou city. The study sample consisted of (240) workers (men and women) during the year (2020), who were chosen intentionally using the descriptive approach. The researcher used a questionnaire he prepared on training and accidents at work, and after statistical treatment, the results of the study revealed that there are differences in the degree of accidents at work between workers Trained and untrained.
