Résumé: : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة مقومات البحث العلمي في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية ومناهجه، وكذا كشف الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تواجه الباحث في هذا المجال، وتفسير بعض العراقيل التي تواجه نشر المقال العلمي في مجلات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في الجزائر سواء تعلق الآمر بالمحكم أو برئيس تحرير المجلة وحتى بمعايير التقييم. من النتائج المتوصل إليها وبناء على المعالجة العلمية لهذا الموضوع تبين لنا أن معايير التقييم الحالية ليست كفيلة بالحكم على قبول أو رفض المقال للنشر كون هذه المعايير وصفية وشكلية، لذا تم تقديم نموذج بديل للتقييم من شأنه تجاوز قصور النموذج الحالي. This research paper aims to identify the foundations of scientific research in the field of humanities and social sciences and its methods, As well as revealing the difficulties and obstacles facing the researcher in this field, and explaining some of the obstacles facing the publication of the scientific article in the journals of human and social sciences The results reached based on the scientific treatment of this subject, it became clear to us that the current evaluation criteria are not sufficient to judge the acceptance or rejection of the article for publication, since these criteria are descriptive and formal. Therefore, an alternative evaluation model was presented that would overcome the shortcomings of the current model
