أثر الثقافة المالية للمقاول على الأداء المالي للشركة - دراسة عينة من المقاولين بمنطقة ورقلة
Résumé: This study aims to clarify the impact of an entrepreneur's financial literacy according to the criteria of (financial literacy, financial training and knowledge, financial behavior and education, field experience and practice) on the financial performance of the company. We seek to understand the relationship between these two variables, and this study was conducted on a group of entrepreneurs in the Ouargla region. The study was conducted on a sample of entrepreneurs in the Ouargla region, using a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of 52 business owners. Additionally, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V22) program was used to analyze and process the data, employing the descriptive-analytical method in the study. The study found that an entrepreneur's financial literacy plays a crucial role in improving the company's financial performance. Our analysis of the impact of financial literacy proved that there is an effect of financial literacy, financial training and education, and financial behavior and education on financial performance, while there is no effect of field experience and practice on financial performance. This may be because experience alone is not sufficient but must be enhanced with continuous training and education.
