الحكومة العامة وتطورها ضمن الإدارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر (1830-1939)

Résumé: يعتبر منصب الحاكم العام صلة وصل بين الحكومة الفرنسية والإدارة الاستعمارية في الجزائر. لذلك، كان تحديد صلاحياته موضوع تجاذبات بين الحكومة الفرنسية والقوى المسيطرة على الإدارة الاستعمارية في الجزائر. تتناول هذه الدراسة تطور الحكومة العامة في الجزائر وصلاحيات الحاكم العام في الإدارة الاستعمارية خلال فترتي النظام العسكري والمدني. كما تسلط الضوء على علاقة الحاكم العام بمختلف القوى المسيطرة على الإدارة الاستعمارية في الجزائر. The office of Governor-General is considered as a link between the French government and the colonial administration in Algeria. Therefore, determining the powers of said post was the subject of tensions between the French government and the powers controlling the colonial administration in Algeria. This study discusses the development of the general government in Algeria and the powers of the governor general in the colonial administration during the two periods of the military and civil regime. It also sheds light on the relationship of the Governor General with the various forces controlling the colonial administration in Algeria
