رصيد علماء المغرب الأوسط في أدب الرحلة ما بين القرنين 06 و09 الهجريين/12 و15 الميلاديين

Résumé: عُرف علماء الغرب الإسلامي عامة والمغرب الأوسط خاصة خلال الفترة الوسيطة بولعهم الشديد بالرحلة إلى مختلف الأقطار؛ لاسيما صوب المشرق الإسلامي، إذ حفّزتهم على ذلك عوامل متنوعة، فمنهم من كانت رحلته لأداء فريضة الحجّ وسُنّية العمرة وزيارة الآثار النبوية، ومنهم من ابتغى طلب العلم ولقاء المشايخ وتحصيل السند العالي، ومنهم من ارتحل للتجارة وكسب الرزق والاستكشاف، وغير ذلك. ومن حسن حظنا أن بعض علماء المغرب الأوسط تفطّنوا لأهمية رحلاتهم؛ فسارعوا إلى تسجيل مشاهداتهم ونشاطاتهم المختلفة - لاسيما العلمية- في مدوّنات يُصطلح عليها اليوم بـ "أدب الرحلة"، فكانت بذلك شهادة حيّة على إسهامهم الكبير في التبادل العلمي والتلاقح الفكري بين المشرق والمغرب الإسلاميين على الأقل، هذا على الرغم من قلّة الرِحلات المدوّنة في رصيد المغرب الأوسط، التي أُلّفت ما بين القرنين 06 و09 للهجرة/12 و15 للميلاد، حيث لم تذكر المصادر المختلفة -التي تسنى لنا الإطلاع عليها- إلاّ خمس رحلات، وهذا ما يقارب حصيلة الأندلس والمغرب الأقصى اللذَيْن أزدهر فيهما أيضا أدب الرحلة. Abstract : The Western and Middle Eastern Islamic scholars, particularlyduring the medieval period, were well known for their keen interestin traveling to various regions, especially towards the Islamic East.Various factors motivated them, including performing the pilgrimage(Hajj),Umrah and visiting holy sites. While others traveled forseeking knowledge, meeting scholars, engaging in trade, earning aliving, seeking healing, exploration and more.Fortunately, some scholars from the Middle East recognized theimportance of their journeys, documented their observations, andrecorded their various activities, especially the scientific ones, inwhat is known today as "Travel Literature." These records provide avivid account of their significant contributions to scientific exchangeand intellectual interaction between the Eastern and Middle EasternIslamic worlds. Despite the limited documented journeys in theMiddle East's records during the 6th to 9th centuries AH / 12th to15th centuries AD, there were only five known journeys, unlikeAndalusia and the Far West of the Islamic world, where travelliterature flourished.
