جمعيات حماية المستهلك في الجزائر

Résumé: تشكل حماية حماية المستهلك أداة ضغط و قوة إقتراح في مواجهة العون الإقتصادي و هي طرف في عملية الإستهلاك على غرار طرف الإدارة العمومية ممثلة الحكومة و طرف ثالث هو العون الإقتصادي في ظل الديمقراطية التشاركية و الإدارة الراشدة . يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بجمعيات حماية المستهلك و تثمين جهودهم في الدفاع عن المستهلك ، للوصول إلى النتائج من بينها دولة الحق و القانون و إرساء ثقافة المستهلك . Consumer protection constitutes a pressure tool and a force of suggestion in the face of economic aid, and it is a party to the consumption process, similar to the party represented by the public administration. Representative of the government and a third party, which is economic aid, in light of participatory democracy and good governance. The research aims to introduce consumer protection associations and value their efforts in defending the consumer, to reach results including the rule of law and the establishment of a consumer culture.
