Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة ومتكاملة حول مساهمة تطبيقات نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في تحسين الأداء المستدام للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال تحليل هذه المساهمة ضمن ثلاث مستويات أساسية تتعلق بالأداء الاقتصادي، الأداء الإجتماعي والأداء البيئي لهذه الأخيرة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيقات نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية تساهم في تحسين الأداء المستدام للمؤسسة، من خلال: جودة المعلومات المتحصل عليها، ودرجة التكيف مع كل المتطلبات التي تضمن ذلك، كتثمين رأس المال الفكري، تعزيز الأداء الاقتصادي، تطبيق مقاربة الجودة، وتحقيق أخلاقيات نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية. Abstract: This study aimed to provide a global and integrated vision about the contribution of human resources information system applications to improve the organization’s sustainable performance, through the analysis of this contribution within three basic dimensions related to economic, social and environmental performance. The study concluded that the applications of human resources information systems improve the sustainable performance of the enterprise, through the quality of the information obtained, and the degree of adaptation to all requirements included, such as the valuation of intellectual capital, the enhancement of economic performance, the application of a quality approach and the achievement of human resources information system ethics
