دور راس المال الفكري في استمرارية المؤسسة دراسة حالة ببعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سيدي بلعباس (cma ، Enie ، مطاحن عزوز، مجمع حسناوي)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على راس المال الفكري ودوره في استمرارية وخلق القيمة داخل المؤسسة لجزائرية حيث اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض المفاهيم، ولهذه الدراسة قد تم اختيار اربعة مؤسسات عمومية وخاصة والمتمثلة في ENIE ،CMA SAMPO ،شركة عزوز و مجمع حسناوي مجتمعا للبحث محاولين اظهار وتحليل الواقع الحالي للأصول الفكرية التي تمثل القوة الخفية التي تضمن بقاء واستمرارية المؤسسة كما انها تعتبر من اهم المحددات التنافسية للمؤسسة. Abstract : This study aims to identify the intellectual capital and its role in the persistence and value creation within the Algerian institution where we have adopted in this research on descriptive and analytical approach in the presentation of concepts. Four public and private institutions have been selected, ENIE, CMA SAMPO, Azzouz company and complex Hasnaoui society for research, trying to show and analyze the current situation of intellectual assets that represent the invisible force that will ensure the survival and persistence of the institution as it is one of the most important determinants of competitiveness of the enterprise.
