الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي اقسام التربية الخاصة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي التربية الخاصة، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية شملت كل مراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لولاية المدية، وتم اختيار العينة حسب المجتمع المتاح. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم استخدام مقياس الصلابة النفسية لمخيمر 2002 ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش وجاكسون،مكيف على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف نصراوي صباح مع استخدام المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام أساليب إحصائية للتحقق من نتائج الدراسة . وبعد عرض البيانات ومناقشتها وتحليل نتائجها تمّ استخلاص النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصلابة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي التربية الخاصة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مربي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة المتكفل بها الذهنية و السمعية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مربي لتربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير جنس المربي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة المتكفل بها الذهنية و السمعية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير جنس المربي. Abstract This study aimed to know the relationship between psychological hardiness and the burnout among special education teachers. This was done through conducting a survey that in clouded all the centers for people with special needs in the state of médéa. - The sample was selected randomly and the number of the informants reached 62 teachers if releid on the descriptive correlational approach. - The Mkhaimer pschological hardiness scale (2002) and Maslach and Jackson scole of the psychological, burnout (1981) were used in this study. - If relied on the statistical treatment (spss), methods to verify the correlation coefficiend (pearson) so as to know the relationship between variables;arithmetic mean ; standard deviation and test (T) for measuring hypotheses. After presenting the data, discussing and analyzing it our findings showed that: 1- There is statistical correlative relationship between psychological hardiness and the psychological burnout with the special education teachers. 2- There is no statistical differences at the level of the psychological hardiness with these special teachers due to the variablé type of disability sponsored. 3- There is no statistical defferences at the level of the psychological hardiness with these teachers due to the gender variable. 4- There is no statistical defferences at the level of the psychological burnout with these special teachers due to the variable type of disability sporsored. 5- There is no statistical differences at the level of the psychological burnout with these special teachers due to the gender variable.
