Résumé: الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع النقد الفقهي عند الإمام المقري، بإبراز معالمه الأساسية وأثرها في خدمة الفقه، والاستفادة من التراث، وكانت المعالم الكبرى لنظرية النقد الفقهي عند الإمام المقري تتلخص في ثلاثة عناصر، العنصر الأول: نقد طرق التلقي والدراسة ، نقد التخريج الفقهي وبيان مسالك الاجتهاد، وأيضا نقد التمذهب. الكلمات المفتاحية: النقد الفقهي- المقري- التخريج الفقهي- التمذهب. English translation of the abstract Title : Features of the islamic jurispruditial criticism of Imam El-Maqri -the grandfather-. Summary: This study is concerned with the Islamic jurisprudential criticism of Imam El-Maqri-the grandfather-.mainly by showing it’s basic features and it’s impact in serving the Fikh and profiting from the heritage.The major features of the fikh’s criticism of Imam El-Maqri are summarized in three elements .First element:criticizing the ways of acquiring and those of learning fikh.second element : criticizing the fikh extraction and clarifying the paths of Ijtihad.Third element :criticizing the following of Islamic Madahib.
