سوق الصرف الموازي في الجزائر واجراءات مكافحتها دراسة حالة: باعة العملات في السوق الموازي بمدينة قسنطينة

Résumé: ملخص : إن النمو المتسارع لسوق الصرف الموازي في الجزائر ، يشكل خطرا كبيرا على الاقتصاد الوطني بالنظر البى حجم العملة الصعبة المتداولة وغير مسجلة رسميا . تهدف دراستنا الى البحث عن أسباب تنامي هذه الظاهرة ، والاجراءات المقترحة للتقليل منها استنادا الى الدراسة الميدانية لبااعة العملة في سوق الصرف الموازي بمدينة قسنطينة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن مبلغ تحويل العملات الأجنبية في السوق الرسمي غير كاف لسد الاحتياجات المختلفة، بالإضافة الى أن اتساع الفجوة بين السعر الرسمي والسعر الموازي سببه غياب الرقابة الفعلية عند التعامل في سوق الصرف الموازي.، وتحديد الحد الأقصى لشراء لعملات الأجنبية في البنك. Abstract : The rapid growth of the parallel foreign exchange market in Algeria poses a great danger to the national economy given the volume of hard currencies in circulation and not officially registered. Our study aims to find the reasons for the growth of this phenomenon, and the measures proposed to reduce it from the field study of currency sellers on the parallel foreign exchange market in Constantine.
