عصرنة نظام الدفع الالكتروني في الجزائر

Résumé: تعتبر أنظمة الدفع الالكتروني من أهم إفرازات الثورة التقنية و التكنولوجية و أبرزها في مجال المعاملات المالية و المصرفية العالمية ، و تعتبر كحل للمشاكل و العراقيل التي أفرزتها وسائل الدفع التقليدية ، و بالفعل تمكنت الوسائل الحديثة من الانتشار بسرعة و حققت مزايا لم تتمكن وسائل الدفع التقليدية من تحقيقها، حيث خفضت التكاليف و قللت من معاناة العملاء و أعطت للوقت قيمته ، وشجعت البنوك على تقديم خدمات جديدة تصب كلها في المصلحة العامة سواء للبنوك أو العملاء. Abstract: Electronic payment systems are considered one of the most important products of the technical and technological revolution, most notably in the field of global financial and banking transactions. Electronic payment systems are considered as a solution to the problems and obstacles created by traditional payment methods. Indeed, the modern methods were able to spread quickly and achieved advantages that traditional payment methods could not achieve. Where it reduced costs and suffering of customers and gave time its value, it also encouraged banks to provide new services, all of which are in the public interest, whether for banks or customers
