السخرية السياسية عبر تلفزيون الواب: دراسة تحليلية وصفية لبرنامج "السليط الإخباري" خلال فترة 2021

Résumé: تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول الأبعاد الدلالية التي حملها برنامج "السليط الإخباري" في معالجته لمختلف القضايا التي شغلت الرأي العام العربي خلال سنة 2021 وهدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة الرسائل والمضامين التي يقدمها برنامج محل الدراسة، ومعرفة المواقف والاتجاهات القائم بالاتصال نحو القضايا المطروحة على الساحة العربية والدولية، ولقد استعنا في هذه الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي معتمدين على أداة تحليل المضمون لنتوصل في الأخير إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: أن السخرية السياسية تكمن أهميتها في كونها سلاحا يفتك بكل أركان الضعف في المجتمع، كما تعتبر تحديا للواقع السياسي والاجتماعي، إذ تسعى إلى تعرية المجتمعات والأنظمة السياسية، وتسلط الضوء على نقاط القصور التي يجهلها، أو يتجاهلها الحكام. The problem of this study focus on the semantic dimensions carried by the “Al-Salit News” program, in its treatment of various issues that were of a great concern to the Arab public opinion during 2021.This study aimed to reveal the nature of the messages and contents provided by the program under study, and to know the attitudes and trends of communication towards the issues raised on the Arab and international arena. In this study, we used the descriptive analytical method, relying on the content analysis tool, to reach in the end a set of results, the most important of which are that: The importance of political irony lies in being a weapon that destroys all pillars of weakness in society, and it is considered a challenge to the political and social reality, as it seeks to expose societies and regimes and highlights the shortcomings that the rulers ignore or disregard.
