خصوصية المتابعة الجزائية للجرائم الالكترونية
Résumé: تتناول الدراسة في هذا البحث مسألة خصوصية المتابعة الجزائية للجرائم السبرانية، وذلك من خلال تبيان ما أفرزه العالم السبراني من جرائم غير التي عهدناها في المسرح التقليدي والتي يصعب اكتشافها متعدية في ذلك الحدود الجغرافية، ما جعل المشرع أمام حتمية مواكبة التحدي الرقمي ومراعاة النصوص القانونية، بما يتماشى والطبيعة الخاصة للجريمة السبرانية، ويخدم إجراءات البحث والتحقيق بما يكافح هذا النوع الجديد من الإجرام. This study addresses the question of cyber-crimes criminal prosecution through the examination of several offences committed on the cyber space، they are unknown in the traditional criminal law، hard to discover in comparison with the classical types of crimes، and do not recognize the national frontiers. That why the legislator is obliged to update the relevant laws according to the cybercrimes features and serves the procedures of judicial inquiries to struggle against these new types of criminality.
