العوامل المسهلة للإبداع في بيئة العمل من وجهة نظر الأساتذة بقطاع التربية لولاية الجلفة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المؤدية إلى الإبداع في بيئة العمل وتصنيفها وترتيبها من حيث الأهمية، من أجل ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام الباحثان بإعداد استمارة بحث اشتملت على 50 بندا عرضت على عينة من الأساتذة تكونت من 100 أستاذ وأستاذة من جميع مراحل التعليم (الابتدائي،المتوسط،الثانوي) موزعين على مجموعة من المدارس والمتوسطات والثانويات بمدينة الجلفة،وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - حصر أهم العوامل المسهلة على الإبداع في بيئة العمل من وجهة نظر الأساتذة و ترتيبها من حيث الأهمية ليصل عددها إلى 17 عاملا. -العوامل التنظيمية المؤدية للإبداع في بيئة العمل هي الأكثر أهمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، وتأتي بعدها العوامل الفردية، ثم العوامل الجماعية. The aim of this study is to identify the factors facilitating the creativity in the work environment and to classify and arrange them in terms of importance ,For this purpose ,the descriptive analytical method was used ,The researchers prepared a questionnaire that included 50 items presented to a sample 100 teachers from all stages of education( primary ,intermediate and secondary )distributed among a group of schools ,middle schools and high schools in the city of Djelfa ,The study concluded the following results: -Inventory of the most important factors facilitating the creativity in the work environment from the point of view of teachers and ranking them in terms of importance to reach the number of17 factor. are environment work the in creativity to leading factors Organizational - indiv i by followed ,teachers of view of point the from important most thee .factors collective then and ,factors dual Environment Work The - Creativity :Keywords
