أخلاقيات الممارسات التسويقية من منظور إسلامي

Résumé: إن التسويق اليوم يواجه العديد من التحديات، و لعل من أهمها مدى التزام المسوقين بالضوابط و القواعد الأخلاقية و تحديد السلوك المقبول أخلاقيا فيها، سواءا في وضع الإستراتيجيات التسويقية أو حتى من خلال الممارسات العملية للتسويق، مما استدعى التفكير في البحث عن المعايير و الأطر الأخلاقية التي تساعد على تجاوز هذا الوضع . و توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن تبني رجل التسويق لمبادئ الاقتصاد الإسلامي يمكنه من ضبط الممارسات العملية للتسويق بتلك الضوابط الأخلاقية للوصول إلى ممارسات عملية تسويقية أخلاقية. Marketing today faces many challenges, perhaps the most important of which is the extent of marketers ’commitment to ethical rules and regulations and defining ethically acceptable behavior in them, whether in setting marketing strategies or even through practical marketing practices, which necessitated thinking and searching for standards and ethical frameworks that help to get around this situation. We have found through this research that the marketers adoption of the principles of Islamic economics enables him to control the practical practices of marketing with those ethical controls to reach ethical marketing practical practices.
