المثقف الجزائري و مسألتي الحركات الاحتجاجية و القيم الاجتماعية وأثرهما على استقرار السلطة السياسية التكنوقراطية في جزائر الألفية الثالثة

Résumé: Abstract: We assume that, the societal, political and economic redevelopment of Algeria of the third millennium of the period in between 2000 to 2016, through changes in laws, the constitution, industrialization and national education institutions, university and technical education, professional affiliations firms, and economic life, products a rupture in the sociopolitical link between the political, military, economic, religious actors of pressures and simple citizen, who don’t refrain from politics - as proved by many algerian and foreign researches - because he is the axis, but; he produces himself a set of mechanisms and individual strategies within a social reference groups sets chosen by himself, and establishes the rules of his own political game, from his professional skills acquired by his representations and practices in the work environment, which represents a small cube of political practices in an organized corporation.
