تنافسية السياحة والسفر في الجزائر مقارنة بتونس والمغرب: بين الواقع والمأمول

Résumé: ملخص: ظهر قطاع السياحة في الآونة الأخيرة كقطاع استراتيجي في عديد الدول التي تسعى إلى الاستفادة قدر الامكان من هذا القطاع من خلال ترقيته للوصول إلى استغلال أمثل لكافة الموارد في سبيل تحقيق عوائد جد مرتفعة في هذا المجال، لذا نهدف من خلال هذه المداخلة إثارة موضوع تنافسية السياحة والسفر ويتعلق الأمر بالتجربة الجزائرية والتونسية والمغربية من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين هذه الدول محاولة منا لتسليط الضوء على أهم المؤشرات التي من خلالها يتم الحكم على درجة تنافسية قطاع السياحة والسفر للجزائر مقارنة مع كل من تونس والمغرب، حيث توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى أن قطاع السياحة والسفر في كل من المغرب وتونس يعتبر أكثر تنافسية من قطاع السياحة والسفر في الجزائر مختلف مؤشرات تنافسية السياحة والسفر. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياحة، السفر، مؤشر تنافسية السياحة والسفر ، البيئة التمكينية. Abstract: The tourism sector has recently emerged as a strategic sector in many countries that seek to benefit as much as possible from this sector through its promotion to reach the optimum utilization of all resources in order to achieve very high returns in this field. . Through this study, we have raised the issue of the competitiveness of tourism and travel. It concerns the experience of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco through a comparative study between these countries, an attempt to shed light on the most important indicators through which the competitiveness of the tourism and travel sector of Algeria is judged.
