اختبار كفاءة سوق الاوراق المالية على المستوى الضعيف باستخدام طريقة الأنماط الطارئة Run Test - حالة سوق الدوحة للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة 2000-2015-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية أساسا إلى تسليط الضوء على كفاءة الأسواق المالية ومعرفة الشروط الواجب توفرها لإقامة سوق مالية كفئة وفعالة، وإبراز الواقع العملي لسوق الدوحة من خلال اختبار كفاءته على المستوى الضعيف بالاعتماد على أدوات الاقتصاد القياسي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن سوق الدوحة للأوراق المالية تعد سوقا كفء عند المستوى الضعيف وذلك بسبب الخصائص المتعلقة به واستجابة أسعار أسهمها على وجه السرعة إلى كل معلومة جديدة وعليه يمكن الاعتماد على البيانات الماضية التاريخية من أجل التنبؤ بما سيكون عليه سعر السهم في المستقبل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأسواق المالية، الكفاءة على المستوى الضعيف، سوق الدوحة للأوراق المالية. Abstract: This study aims is mainly to highlight the efficiency of financial markets and to know the conditions to be provided for the establishment of a financial market efficient and effective, and to highlight the practical reality of the DSM through the test of efficiency on the weak level based on econometric tools. The study found that the Doha Securities Market is a market for incompetent when weak level due to the characteristics of its response share prices quickly to each new piece of information and it can count on years of historical data in order to predict what will be the share price in the future.
