معوقات سلوك المواطنة على مستوى المنظمة-دراسة نظرية تحليلية

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية كسلوك اختياري من الموظف هدفه الارتقاء بكفاءة المنظمة وفعاليتها، فهو ذات طبيعة تطوعية لا يرتبط مباشرة بنظام الحوافز أو المكافآت بالمنظمة. أيضا بل هو سلوك طوعي إرادي مفيد من خلال مشاركة ومساهمة فعالة داخل المنظمات. ويمكن تبرير الاهتمام والأهمية المتزايدة بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من خلال النظر إلى طبيعة هذا المفهوم وعلاقته بالأبعاد والمخرجات التنظيمية. فسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية يرتبط بالكثير من ، المفاهيم الإدارية المهمة في المنظمة كالاتجاهات والإدراك والقيادة والتغيير . فما هي معوقات الرئيسة التي تحول لاكتساب سلوك المواطنة على المستوى التنظيمي؟ الكلمات المفتاحية:سلوك المواطنة،المنظمة،سلوك طوعي،فعالية. Abstract: The organizational citizenship behavior is considered as a voluntary behavior of the employee whose goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. It is of a voluntary nature and is not directly related to the organization's incentives or rewards system. Also it is a useful voluntary behavior through active participation and contribution within organizations. The increasing interest and importance in organizational citizenship behavior can be justified by looking at the nature of this concept and its relationship to organizational dimensions and outputs. The behavior of organizational citizenship is related to many of the important administrative concepts in the organization, such as trends, perception, leadership and change.
