التفاعلية في الصحف الالكترونية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: دراسة تقييمية لجريدة الشروق أون لاين،الخبر أون لاين، النهار أون لاين

Résumé: يركز هذا البحث على تقييم الخدمات التفاعلية التي تقدمها الصحف الجزائرية (الشروق أون لاين، الخبر أون لاين، النهار أون لاين )عبر صفحاتها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي إلى جمهورها، ومحاولة رصدها و تحليلها لمعرفة الإمكانيات و التقنيات التكنولوجية التي تتمتع بها كل جريدة من الجرائد محل الدراسة، واعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل المحتوى وكذا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على المواد المنشورة ووصف شكل و محتوى المواد الإعلامية الموجودة على الموقع، و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن مواقع الصحف الالكترونية الجزائرية لا توظف كافة الإمكانيات التكنولوجية الحديثة لتحقيق التفاعلية مع القراء و التواصل معهم . this reseach focuses on interactive services evaluation provided by Algerian newspapers (echourouk online, elkhabar online, ennahar online) through their social media to the public, and being tried to the public, and being tried to analyses in order to know their capacities and technological technics that has its newspaper under the study . The sudy based on evaluation of the content and descriptive evaluating approach to know the posted articles and describe the content and the shape of the posted articles on the site, the study gets a set of results and the most important is that the Algerian electronic newspapers don’t use all the new technological capacities in order to achieve the interaction and the contact with their readers. :
